Rohit obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from D'Youville College in New York, following a Bachelor of Science degree with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology & Health Sciences from York University. His passion for health & injury prevention ignited after experiencing basketball-related injuries, which revealed the strengths & weaknesses of the healthcare system & inspired his commitment to patient goals.
Rohit began as a strength & conditioning coach, helping athletes & clients lose weight, gain strength, & improve mobility. This foundation in physical training continues in his practice today, with all his patients leaving stronger than when they arrived.
Remaining current with approaches, he dedicated nearly a decade to continuing education& certifications. He achieved certification in the Functional Range Systems as a manual therapist & mobility specialist—a system utilized by professional organizations like the Chicago Cubs, Portland Trailblazers, & the Houston Rockets.
He provides a comprehensive range of treatments, including acupuncture, dry needling, spinal manipulation, cupping, soft tissue release, & exercise-based therapy, all in a single session. This holistic approach accelerates recovery, prevents injuries, & reflects his extensive experience treating professional athletes across various sports.
He enjoys playing basketball, working out, & training for marathons during his leisure time.

Yasir holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University. His passion for physiotherapy originates from a profound love for sports and science. Yasir has gained extensive clinical experience throughout his academic journey in Canada and the UK.
Yasir's past experiences related to his own personal injuries and interactions with compassionate physiotherapists inspired his decision to pursue a career in physiotherapy. He profoundly understands the challenges associated with injuries and is committed to delivering effective treatment solutions that yield optimal results. Yasir strongly emphasizes meeting his patients' individual needs, ensuring that each person receives personalized care tailored to achieve their goals. He approaches his work with dedication, aiming to make the rehabilitation process enjoyable and engaging.
In his leisure time, Yasir remains active by participating in sports and enjoys exploring new culinary experiences.

Nethun completed his Master of Physical Therapy at Western University after earning his Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. Early in his career, he worked as a personal trainer and as a youth sports coach, building a foundation in exercise therapy, injury prevention, and working with clients of all ages to achieve their goals.
Having gone through his own sports injuries, Nethun developed a profound appreciation for the role physiotherapy plays in recovery and was inspired to pursue a career that aligned with his passions and personality. Through his clinical training, he gained valuable experience in hospital settings, working with patients post-surgery and in stroke rehabilitation, as well as providing in-home physiotherapy care for older adults. These experiences have helped him develop a holistic approach to treatment and strengthened his ability to adapt care to meet each clients personalized needs.
Today, Nethun combines an evidence based approach with a comprehensive range of manual therapy and exercise based treatments to help clients return to the activities that matter most to them. Outside of the clinic, Nethun is a passionate sports fan with a special love for basketball and the Toronto Raptors.

Steven graduated from York University with a Specialized Honors Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Certificate in Athletic Therapy. His passion for sports and fitness led him to pursue a career in Athletic Therapy, where he excels in helping athletes overcome injuries both during play and through rehabilitation in the clinic.
Steven has been exposed to a wide variety of injuries while working with athletes at both the youth and university levels. In recent years, he has focused on working with the men’s football team at York University. He understands the physical, mental, and emotional demands that athletes experience and uses this understanding to guide his treatments. Steven utilizes a combination of techniques, including manual therapy approaches, stretching, and strength and conditioning exercises, to improve injury symptoms and optimize movement, ensuring a safe return to sport or day-to-day activities.
In his free time, Steven enjoys watching sports, lifting weights, and cooking healthy, delicious meals.

Dr. Mithu began her journey at the University of Western Ontario, completing a Bachelor of Medical Science degree. She then went on to get her doctor of chiropractic with CMCC. Mithu is determined to utilize her treatment methods to get people back to doing what they love, whether playing in their weekly recreational basketball game or just playing with their kids. With the goal of daily function in mind, Mithu is committed to creating treatment plans that fulfill each patient's needs and goals. Mithu has experience treating various patients ranging from office workers to athletes to the senior population and everything in between.

Bryan obtained his Diploma in Massage Therapy at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2021. His passion for health and wellness began through his love for sports as well as lifting weights. He noticed from his own injuries, which helped him experience the good and the bad side of care. It was then, Bryan has decided to dedicate his life to helping people feel reinvigorated and become a better version of themselves through his treatments.
Bryan began his journey when he started as a personal trainer. He helped guide people to achieve their goals whether they were looking to lose weight, gain strength and/or move freely through stretching and mobility work. This has helped create a foundation for his approach to treatment.
In his spare time, Bryan loves being outdoors and is also an avid sports fan enjoying basketball, hockey and MMA.

Thanjev Ilangovan graduated from Bryan College with a Diploma in Massage Therapy. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from York University.
Growing up, Thanjev had a strong passion for health and wellness, participating in various sports, including volleyball, basketball, badminton, track and field, soccer, and swimming. His interest in massage therapy was inspired by personal experiences with injuries, such as herniated discs in his back and nerve entrapments in his arms from working out.
With over 12 years of training and competing in bodybuilding, Thanjev has always been fascinated by studying the human body and maintaining overall body awareness. Fitness has been a cornerstone of his life and is something he considers "a way of life."
As a firm believer in exercise and physical activity, Thanjev takes an interdisciplinary approach to therapy and enjoys helping his clients achieve their goals.
In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, cooking, and playing guitar.

Sophia, a 2022 Massage Therapy Diploma graduate, is dedicated to client well-being. With a nursing background, she fosters therapeutic relationships and tailors treatments to individual needs.
Sophia is trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, and trigger point therapy. Her expertise addresses chronic pain, muscle issues, restricted motion, pregnancy and more. Recently certified in Thai massage, she continues to expand her skills to offer optimal relief for chronic pain, injury recovery, and relaxation. Whether clients seek stress relief or relief from aches, she strives to make them feel rejuvenated.
Beyond work, Sophia embraces sports, outdoor exploration, travel, cooking, music, and reading. These passions enrich her well-rounded life, bolstering her capacity to deliver exceptional treatments.

Heather recently completed her diploma program to become a Physiotherapy Assistant/Occupational Therapy Assistant – graduating with distinction. Heather is passionate about providing care and therapy, having recently experienced ACL reconstruction surgery after a sporting injury.Heather is an outgoing and friendly person who enjoys understanding patients' needs while supporting them through their treatment.
Heather is passionate about sports, actively plays soccer, and has recently taken up tennis. Heather is a passionate TFC and Premier League fan.
