Rohit obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in New York after completing a Bachelor of Science degree with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University. His passion for health and injuries began after experiencing a string of injuries playing basketball, which lead him to see both the good and bad of our health care system. At this point, Rohit decided he would devote his life to helping patients achieve their goals.
Rohit began his career working as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer. He used exercise to help athletes and clients lose weight, get stronger, and move better. This approach to physical training being the foundation of health continues in his practice today as all his patients leave stronger than they came!
Truly a forever learner, he spent almost a decade taking continuing education courses and certifications to stay up to date with the most modern approaches for his patients. He is certified with the Functional Range Systems as a manual therapist and mobility specialist. This system is currently used by professional organizations such as Chicago Cubs, Portland Trailblazers, Houston Rockets, and many more.
Treatment with Rohit is a one-stop-shop. He can provide acupuncture, dry needling, spinal manipulation, cupping, soft tissue release, and exercise-based therapy, all in a single session. It is this ability that has allowed his patients to recover faster and stay injury free. He has experience treating numerous professional athletes from basketball, soccer, hockey, and more. In his free time, Rohit loves playing basketball, working out, and marathon training.
Sanyaa graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's in Kinesiology.
She became passionate about physiotherapy when she had to rehabilitate an injury as a patient. Her experience in playing different sports throughout her life gave her a thorough understanding of injury management, enabling her to recover and return to her sports activities. Now she uses her in-depth knowledge to help others who want to return to doing what they love.S
Sanyaa prioritizes education, manual therapy and corrective exercises to optimize function and promote recovery. She values creating a meaningful relationship with clients of all ages to develop an individualized treatment plan that empowers clients with the tools they need to optimize their health.
Sanyaa enjoys working out, spending time with her dog and travelling in her free time.
Dr. Jessica obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2018 from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2013 at the University of Toronto. Jessica is committed to providing the highest standard of patient care by creating individualized treatment plans. She has experience working in a wide array of clinical settings with diverse patient populations. Jessica continues to build on her clinical skills by attending seminars and workshops to ensure the highest quality of care.
In her free time Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, running outdoors and cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Bryan obtained his Diploma in Massage Therapy at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2021. His passion for health and wellness began through his love for sports as well as lifting weights. He noticed from his own injuries, which helped him experience the good and the bad side of care. It was then, Bryan has decided to dedicate his life to helping people feel reinvigorated and become a better version of themselves through his treatments.
Bryan began his journey when he started as a personal trainer. He helped guide people to achieve their goals whether they were looking to lose weight, gain strength and/or move freely through stretching and mobility work. This has helped create a foundation for his approach to treatment.
In his spare time, Bryan loves being outdoors and is also an avid sports fan enjoying basketball, hockey and MMA.
Heather recently completed her diploma program to become a Physiotherapy Assistant/Occupational Therapy Assistant – graduating with distinction. Heather is passionate about providing care and therapy, having recently experienced ACL reconstruction surgery after a sporting injury.Heather is an outgoing and friendly person who enjoys understanding patients' needs while supporting them through their treatment.
Heather is passionate about sports, actively plays soccer, and has recently taken up tennis. Heather is a passionate TFC and Premier League fan.
