There are so many different variations of push ups it is actually mind-boggling! So with that in mind I decided to shoot a video of one of my favourite type of push ups…we call them
‘Walking Spider Man Push Ups’
As you can see from the video, when you are performing this movement it looks like Spider Man climbing a wall.
