If you had to sum up Blair’s approach to fitness and wellness, it would be described as a “stick to the facts and believe you can be better than yesterday” mentality. Imparting the facts to his clients and ensuring they understand the what’s and why’s is a priority, so that they can make proper decisions while training themselves.
He has personally experienced the spectrum of absolute novice exerciser , to a general laborer to body building to Ironman. From such experiences, he has learned the valuable lesson that the human spirit and the mind truly can accomplish amazing feats when true effort is directed and conducted in the correct manner. Simply put, doing the right things at the right places at the right times.
He has had the pleasure of helping people of all ages attain goals completing the Ironman, L’etape du tour, Summiting Kilimanjaro, walking pain free for the first time in 10 years, to learning how to use one’s body just a little better. All have been just as rewarding to him
