Pyramid Workout….1-8,8-1

*Perform 1 rep of every exercise in the order that is shown on the video.

*Then perform 2 reps of each, then 3 reps. When you reach 8 reps or each exercise perform another 8, and then go down the ladder until you get back down to 1 rep per exercise.
